• Ritu Sarin, Chartered Accountant & Registered Valuer (IBBI) under Asset class – Securities or Financial Assets is having more than 14 years of post-qualification experience in Direct Taxes including Corporate and Transaction Tax, Transfer Pricing, Transaction Advisory and Valuation matters.
• Ritu is a Partner at M/S SGR Associates LLP, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi since 2013.
• Ritu brings rich professional and industry experience with her in her previous stints at Fox Mandal Little and Deloitte Haskins & Sells where she handled various large corporates and International clients including Tyco International Limited, Uralmash, Eclypsis, Lieca Geosystems, ZTE Corporation (China) & Helix International, DuPont, Nestle, Xerox, Alcoa International, Ericsson & Harley Davidson etc.
• Ritu is rendering consultancy to domestic and multinational companies in International Taxation, Cross border Taxation (including review of Double Taxation Treaties with various countries), GAAR, Vetting of agreements from tax perspective and provide legal opinions thereon, Structuring of Contracts/transactions to optimize tax incidence.
• Ritu has been performing Business / Equity Valuations for Financial Reporting and Regulatory purposes as a Chartered Accountant and IBBI Registered Valuer and has also been on the Board of Corporate Professionals Valuation Services Pvt. Ltd., an IBBI Registered Valuer Entity.
