Himanshu Goel is a Chartered Accountant with experience across corporate banking, debt advisory, structured finance, cross-border funding and FX-linked financing solutions.
He leads the Debt Advisory practice at Transique Corporate Advisors, assisting corporates, promoters and growth-stage businesses in raising debt through banks, NBFCs, HFCs, AIFs, credit funds, private credit platforms and other domestic and international financial institutions.
Prior to Transique, Himanshu was associated with HDFC Bank’s Corporate Banking Group, where he worked with local large conglomerates, established business groups and multinational companies across corporate lending, credit assessment, transaction structuring and relationship management.
His areas of work include term loans, working capital facilities, refinancing, promoter funding, acquisition finance, structured debt, private credit, construction finance, LRDs, project finance, cross-border funding and bespoke financing solutions.
Himanshu has worked across sectors including FMCG, capital goods, consumer durables, healthcare, hotels, metals and mining, paper, energy, logistics, real estate, renewable energy, manufacturing, financial services, auto components, infrastructure and emerging growth businesses.
He focuses on understanding clients’ business models, capital requirements, capital structure, commercial objectives and security framework to create practical, cost-efficient and execution-oriented financing solutions.
